Refund and Returns Policy

Every ShapeChic order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange.

For any return, exchange, refund or cancellation request, email us at contact@getshapechic.com. A real person replies within 24 hours.

RETURNS

What can be returned

  • Any item, for any reason, within 30 days of the day it was delivered.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Try it on at home the way you would in a fitting room.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@getshapechic.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (for an exchange, tell us the size or colour you need).
  2. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please wait for that email before posting anything — a return sent to any other address cannot be processed.
  3. Post the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

  • For size, colour or change-of-mind returns, the cost of posting the item back to us is paid by you.
  • If your item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the cost — see “Damaged, faulty or incorrect items” below.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
  • We email you when your return is received and again when your refund has been sent.

EXCHANGES

  • Wrong size or colour? Exchanges are free. We dispatch the replacement within 5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Fit tip: the ShapeChic bra runs snug. If you are between sizes, or fuller-busted, we recommend going one size up.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
  • We will send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. If we need the item back, we cover the return postage.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will cancel the order and refund you in full to your original payment method.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the 30-day policy above.
