RETURNS
Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- The package must have been received within the last 30 days.
- Returns must be shipped back using a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Return Process:
- Please provide us by email (contact@hishapechic.com) with the following:
- A detailed reason for the return.
- Pictures or a video of the product supporting your reason.
- After reviewing the details, we will provide you with a warehouse address to return the order.
- Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We require the use of a trackable mail service; we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Important: Please do not send a return without the address confirmation from our customer service representative, it is subject to change.
Our default return address is the following:
- Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment, or if applicable, a replacement order will be shipped within 5 business days.
REFUNDS
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Notification:
- Customers will be updated on the status of their return and refund via email.
EXCHANGES
- In case you wish to exchange your product due to a sizing or color issue, we will re-ship/exchange your order.
- The same conditions and process apply to returns (detailed above).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may return it following the standard return process. Upon receipt and verification of the issue, you will either be sent a replacement item or receive a refund.
Size, Color, or Preference Issues:
- Exchange or Store Credit: For items where the issue is related to size, color, or personal preference, you will have the option to either receive a replacement item or be refunded in the form of store credit.
Shipping Costs:
- Responsibility for Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Exclusions: Items purchased during holiday sales, Black Friday sales, and clearance sales may not be eligible for return or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, thongs cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Terms: Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Fee: A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to orders canceled before processing to cover restocking fees and credit card charges.
